Who runs this
This site is run by Marco and Pietro — a two-person project, not a company. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What you're buying
Your payment buys the right to have your logo printed on Marco's plain white t-shirt, in the position you chose, worn for the full run of SF Tech Week (Oct 5–11, 2026), and displayed on this site while your spot is held. Once we hit $500, held spots also print automatically on Pietro's tee at no extra cost — one payment, two tees. It is not advertising media with guaranteed impressions, and there's no guarantee of specific photos, posts, or introductions.
Payment and refunds
Full payment is taken upfront through Stripe when you claim a spot. You're refunded in full, automatically, the moment someone pays a higher confirmed price for your spot, or if your logo is declined. No partial refunds — it's the whole amount or nothing.
Winning
Sales close September 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Whoever holds each spot at that moment keeps it, and that payment becomes non-refundable — the spot goes to print. Sales can close earlier if someone buys the whole tee: for a flat $500 they take every spot on both tees and the auction ends immediately, and every other holder is refunded in full automatically. A payment that lands after sales have closed is refunded in full too.
Your logo
By submitting a logo, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant permission for it to be printed on the tee(s) and displayed on this site for the sponsorship period. You're responsible for what you submit, and if your logo infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights, you agree to cover any resulting costs, damages, or claims against us.
What isn't promised
There are no guaranteed impression counts, sales, or introductions — this is two people wearing shirts, not a media buy. If the event or the tees themselves can't happen for reasons outside anyone's control, held spots are refunded in full.
We can refuse or remove a logo
We can decline a logo before printing — for legal issues, offensive content, or anything that puts the event or other sponsors in a bad spot. If we do, you get a full refund and the spot reopens.
Payment processing
All payments run through Stripe. We don't store your card details. Stripe's own receipt is your payment confirmation; we also email you when your logo goes live, if someone takes your spot, or if a logo is declined.
